In 2023, regular meetings of the MRC Council are held on the third Wednesday of each month at 4:00 pm. In January and November, the regular meeting is held on the fourth Wednesday of the month. Sessions can be attended at any of the municipal offices located at the following addresses Chevery (29 Aylmer Sound Road), Gros-Mécatina (30 Mecatina Road), Saint-Augustin (108 Main Street), Bonne-Espérance (100 Whiteley Street) and Blanc-Sablon (1149 Docteur-Camille-Marcoux Boulevard).
